For fast running a strong core is necessary - and mine has always been weaker than weakest. I started my core program more than a year ago and it has got very much better. Still room for improvement but at least the training is paying off. And it makes fun! To help me get back in shape and reach my goals this season, my workmate and friend Thomas is controlling me - and kicking my ass:):). Without his help I would be in real trouble, so thank you so much Thomas!! If anyone need sore muscles, just tell me, I'll arrange a date with the devil;).

Since Thomas has taken over the chief position, I've been in big trouble when it comes to coordination:). Have fun looking at the video clip and forgive me for not doing everything perfect, I'm still a beginner with the Trx and the Sypoba. And if you think the squats look easy, try them your self:)!! You will quite soon learn something about backmuscles...;)
